raid install problems

i have an msi 970a-g46. I am trying to install on raid array of 2 160g sata hard drives but when i load the driver at install screen i get a message stating i need to use the load driver to install 32-64 bit driver and using an un compatible driver wil result in an unstable version. the driver is from the msi website for my motherboard. anyone experienced this before?

yes sir. raid array comes up as functional and is present in bios boot screen as first boot hdd

There is a 32 and 64 bit driver, sure your installing the right one?

running 64 bit os..only one driver available on site for this mobo

So you unzipped those files and put them on a usb flash drive? Make sure they are unzipped.

yeah..unzipped whole 9 yards....maybe cuz my 2 hard drives are not the same brand?

That doesn't matter.

They don't have to be same brand. What about the motherboard cd? The drivers should be on there as well. Look in the manual on how to put them on the usb. You might have to slipstream them into a new install cd.

No there are separate 32 and 64 bit RAID drivers.
