Ok, if youve been keeping up with any of my posts you've seen that just about everything that could go wrong with my comp has. I was sent a dead motherboard then when recieveing a new one i found out my new keyboard/mouse was dead. Now im at a new dilemma. Ill start out by listing my equipment.

Motherboard - ASUS P5LD2
HDD - (2) HITACHI 80gig SATA II
OS - Windows Professional.

Ok now to my problem. Ive configured the bios to switch its normal IDE processing from Standard IDE to RAID. After this i restart, and enter the Intel Matrix Raid BIOS. In here i configure a RAID 0 Volume. That works out fine. Then i get to installing windows. It asks for a 3rd party raid driver. I give it to them and it continues the pre-installation. Then i set up a partition (which is 16000mb big so i no it recognizes my RAID 0 Volume) and begin to install windows. It goes through pretty much everything and then restarts (like its supposed to) and then starts the finishing of the installation. After about 5 minutes i get an error message that goes something like this, "Could not install Display. Contact your hardware vendor." Then i get another one saying could not install "net" then "modem" and etc. I get about 15-20 of these errors, and then i get the blue screen error message. After this i went into determining wether or not my HD's were good or not. I removed all raid content from the RAID Intel Matrix Bios and regular Asus Bios. I began to instal windows on the one HD. It works fine. This tells me that the windows CD and HD are good. Whats the problem?! I could run the comp on one HD or 2 individual but i hate having to settle for something i no should work right in the first place. Please Help...

georgi0u, that does seem strange. Hmm, did you try reinstalling windows again on the raid to see if you could reproduce the error

I tried this multiple times. Ive installed windows onto the HD's Without raid like 8 times and each time it worked and with raid 0 i keep getting the same error "Could not install _______. Please contact hardware vendor. The bsod pops up after i click the OK part of all the error messages. I frgt what it said but ill go try agian a read it. Im gonna call microsoft and ask them what they mean by contact hardware vendor, and maybe that will narrow down who i actually have to call.

yoonephy - 1, were talkin about raid 0. 2 Your post was completely pointless in helping me or even on topic, due to point 1.

typed in blue screen of death into google and found the specific one i was talkin about. At least i believe it is the same one. It tells me about check new hardware and software.
