well not the last one, its out of stock haha.
it wont make a huge difference...
but the first one has the best specs in my opinion. im a little skeptical about that last timing though.
the first ones also cheapest so get that one.

yea that was my main concern is the timings. Why are there so many?

DDR2's latencies are pretty bad, but i think Corsair has better timings, look at thier XMS2 line.

I'd go with the first one.

I have G.Skill DDR2-800 memory, and i can run it at 3-3-3-8 @ DDR2-667, which is lower than stock DDR400 memory. But at DDR2-800 i can run them at 4-4-4-12.

DDR2 has slightly higher latancies, but much higher speeds.
