RAM compatability

i need to find some RAM that is compatible with this machine:

can anybody tell me what i need to get from either scan.co.uk or overclockers.co.uk
i would like a 1gb stick and have a budget of £50-60

just look for some DDR333 ram on one of those sites, PC3200 should be ok for it
