RAM frequency

Hey

This is the RAM I bought a long time ago, back in April.

Just now I was browsing my computer specs through CPU-Z and I saw this.

See the problem?
Newegg says that it should be performing at 800 Mhz and yet CPU-Z says that it's only going at 400 Mhz. Is this because I don't have all of the DIMM slots filled or what?

Its DDR (Double Data Rate) 400+400=800.

Its fine. DDR can transfer data on the rise and fall of a clock cycle. It really runs at 400mhz. but has a effective rate/speed of 800mhz.
