You could either have a bad memory slot or possibly motherboard doesn't like that specific memory.
 
Ok, I looked at the manual from the website and your top picture shows the modules in dual channel mode. The second picture is not in dual channel mode and maybe that is why windows is crashing on you. Usually dual channel are the same color slots but in your motherboard, its not.
 
You may be forced into using memory in pairs in this motherboard, you might want to call MSI to confirm.
 
Either way, you would need 2 sticks of the same size memory. 2 sticks of 512mb, 2 sticks of 1gb, or 2 sticks of 2gb
 
ok ya i have 4 1gb stick but only can use two of them macking 2gb right now
i will get 2 2gb sticks
