You dont have any spyware running on your computer but you do have alot off running processes that dont need to run on startup, when a program runs on startup it will continue to run in the background and use memory. One such program I see running on your computer is microsoft office, that can be turned off in the startup menue...click on the start button on the bottem left of your screen and then click on run and then type in msconfig, hit ok this will bring up your system configuration utility, then click on the startup tab, from there uncheck anything you dont need to make your computer run like ms office, just because you uncheck it does not mean you cant use that program it just wont be running untill you open it. Be carefull what you uncheck though because some things are needed to make windows run, best thing to do is uncheck one at a time and restart windows after each and see if everything works right. There are websites that will show you what you can uncheck also...hope this helps, you want to get your ram somewhere around 200 when idle!

I have 400mb used at idel too, well actuuly a little less 370, and thats with thid firefox running too....But I used to lag on higher end games when I only had 1GB of ram too, then i got 1.5gb, then 2 so i could dual chaneel it.

Try pressing ctrl alt delete, and go to Performance, and see how many "Processes" there are under Totals.

Okay i lied after i turned everything off it was more around 180mb, but I never turn everything off anyways.

Also some of the stuff on thet HJT log is Dell crap, you may want to remov it.
