ram issue

Probably bad memory. Have you reset the cmos yet? You didn't try putting them in the blue slots did you? Your memory needs to go in the black slots.

To reset the cmos, unplug power from computer, remove the round cmos battery on the motherboard, press the power button on the case a few times and then wait 5 minutes. Then reinsert battery and reconnect power and try booting up. Computerbay is an off brand memory, so it could be defective.

ok so you think its the ram as i thought all ddr3 1333 would of worked

also is anyone sellling any cheap im from the uk though

The only way to diagnose this issue would be to get known good working memory and try it. Try resetting the cmos first though.

ok cheers so it isnt the wrong ram then also the old ram is working fine just dont know why this one is beeping when its ddr3 1333

It will beep if the ram is bad. Its very possible the new ram you bought is defective.

Actually what I would do is get 1066mhz memory. Your board only supports 1333 with an overclock. However, 1333mhz should just downclock to 1066mhz.
