RAM Issues please look.

Hello

I am currently building a computer and I am seeking some advice.
What type of RAM would you suggest I put in this system or what kind of RAM is compatible for this system. In addition, I am looking for 2gigs with fast timings.

Here is my system so far:

Motherboard: ECS KN1 Lite

CPU: AMD Anthlon 3400+

HD: 200GB Seagate Barracuda

Case: Rosewill R40

its not worth the 2GB yet... dont waste your money... IF i were you i'd get a new motherboard for $100 anf get some $110-120 RAM
 
thats good RAM you selected there, obviously its not the greatest ever but its dual channel, and the hgihest your mobo can support....

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145440 this could be a good idea aswell, dual channel each 1Gb (2x512), so you would get two of them and have 512Mb in each slot, that would probably be better performance than 2x1Gb sticks. The only thing bogging that one down IMO is that its ValueSelect which is the value range from corsair, find a better model and it would be great
