i have the same sticks, they both work seperately, but when theyre in together, the computer wont post. whats up with that??! i tried putting them together in the A1-B1 slots, A1-A2 slots, same issue, anyone have issues like this...?

Is this a dual channel kit of Random Access Memory? What type of RAM and motherboard are you having problems with?

Have you tried any other different memory with this motherboard? Have you tried the suspected Random Access Memory in another motherboard?

What Motherboard and Ram?

I have never heard of V-Data memory before. I think it is made by A-Data Technology. Have you tried any other types of RAM in your Asus motherboard?

in my first post, i stated that they both work seperately, if one is in by itself, they both work. its when theyre together when the computer decides it doesnt want to work....i dont understand cuz theyre both made by the same company, and yet, when installed at the same time, they dont want to cooperate!! frusterating!

In my opinion you have bad memory. I don't think A-Data makes very good quality memory though I've never had experience with them. I would recommend returning the memory and buying a dual channel kit.

Recommended good brands of Random Access Memory:

Corsair
Crucial
G.Skill
Kingston
Mushkin
OCZ
PDP/Patriot
PQi (Turbo)
Super Talent

Fine, but as far as I can tell you didn't check if a single stick worked in any slot other than A1
