Hey guys! New member here. I´ve been checking in here from time to time and it seems like a nice place. Recently when I encountered some trouble I just couldn´t figure out, I thought I might give this a real try.
Picture of the problem:
The problem:
I just removed my drives and started using a SSD which I installed Windows on. Went here to get all drivers for the motherboard: http://www.msi.com/product/mb/B75MAP45.html#/?div=Driver&os=Win8.1 64 (Motherboard: MSI B75MA-P45 (MS-7798))
Everything seems to work perfectly but when I´m on Chrome things seems slow when I scroll (but can´t really determine if normal) but most importantly I get the black areas as shown in the picture. It usually appears when I open the Chrome window many times
(I do this to cause the problem so I can see if it´s still occuring). Do you have any ideas what this might be? I´m thinking it might be the ram memory but I´m honestly not sure. What´s weird is that it´s only Chrome giving me a hard time
(which should suggest it´s not the ram) and when I put the mouse pointer over the black areas they are restored/transformed to the correct state.
Ram: I didn´t change them at first but as I suspected the problem (which I never had before swapping my old SSD with this one) I changed from black- black Ram slot to blue-blue and went into BIOS where I made sure voltage and frequence was according to this technical specification: http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/khx1600c9d3k2_8gx.pdf
I´ve tried google but I haven´t found anything that seems to be dead on. Problems similar posted on other places have been fixed with methods I´ve already tried
Has anyone else had this problem, a theory or a way to find it?
I appreciate all your help, thanks for reading
