WIndows 10 RAM memory works at 1066MHz instead of 1333MHz

Hi,

I hope this is the correct place to ask my question.

I have 4 sticks of 2GB DDR3 at 1333MHz, my processor supports it, my FSB is also 1333MHz, but the RAM works at less. I tried only with 2 sticks, I tried changing the slots, it always works at 1066MHz, both the task manager and CPU-Z show 1066MHz. The voltage is 1.5V.

Also my BUS speed is shown by CPU-Z to be 300MHz, while the rated is 1300MHz.

Can anyone please tell me why does this happen and how to solve it?

What motherboard do you have? It's possible that the motherboard only supports ram up to 1066mhz.
