RAM [ Please HELP]

Hi,
I have a RAM OF 128MB, i've recently bought 2 football manager games, and the minimum requirement is 256MB, i want to increase my RAM but i dont know what kind of RAM my PC will accept, plz help

hay man its easy open case and see kind of ram tis is SD Ram

and this is DDRAM

you'll have to check your mobo what ddr speed does it supports. DDR333 (PC2700), DDR400 (PC3200) etc.

Belal, im worried if i open cpu up ill mash it up!! im not an expert on hardware.
cant i find out my RAM online? lol

Thanx but how do i download it? Ive opened up my computer and the RAM has to holes in between, i think its SD RAM, but it definetely has 8 squares altogether and 2 holes, and it also allows 2 slots!
