Ram Problem HELP!!

Hello all, i have (Gigabyte GA-P35-S3G mainboard) and i have 2x1GB ddr2 kingston ram memory before i installed new cpu everything was ok when i installed new cpu just 1 memory works on mainboard when i try to put bouth my pc freez when come to memory test, i tryd with that 1 memory what work on all chennels it work but when i try any diffrent memory it wont work..also my bios was updated.

It seems the bios update went bad. What processor did you put in? If this board is still within warranty then you will need to contact gigabyte for support. It's possible to reflash the bios. What bios revision did you update to and what revision was previously installed?
