I have a big big problem. I think it's my RAM but now I'm not so sure. Whenever I turn on my computer I can't load anything up. All the services load up and I wait about 15 minutes to make sure everything is loaded up. Then I go to My Documents. The mouse cursor changes to the loading curing. Then it just changes back and nothing ever loads up. The reason I think it's my RAM is that when I press Ctrl + Alt + Del (by the way that's the only thing that loads up) and the task manager comes up, it says that CPU usage is 100%. It says that all the time. Even if I boot into safe mode it says its 100% usage and nothing loads up. Since RAM is lifetime warranty, I RMAed my RAM 1GB Dual Channel Kit Centon Value RAM and they gave me a newer model (I guess they didn't have the old model of RAM that I had). So I thanked them for the new model and then I put it in my PC and the same thing happens. That's why I'm not so sure if it's my RAM. I've trying reinstalling Windows XP Professional SP 1 but the problem still exists. I need help!!
Thanks
