RAM problem

When I click on Photoshop 7 icon I get a msg "insufficient ram to run program!! Cannot understand as I have lots of ram.....1GB corsair!!

Go to task manager...see how many processes you are running. Also see how much system memory is available. Should be under Performance tab. I think Photoshop is RAM intensive, but 1 gig should be enough.

ram idle pro tell me I have 742 mb available

do you have lots of plugins loading up with photoshop?

also, you might want to consider reinstalling

problem solved......deleted icon from toolbar and reloaded.....tks all!!!
