RAM problem

after reseting the BIOS i cant even go into BIOS it asking for password which i dont know.......how to bypass it?

Thats odd, when you reset the bios it will clear any Bios passwords, did you reset it with the jumper or take the battery out?

ya but then also it didnt went to BIOS ......

but system boots properly with that old 256 RAM ....now cant go into BIOS ....other problem

Dont know never had one do that, the only thing I can think of is try reseting it again. I would exchange the new stick it sounds like it has the SPD programed wrong
