Ram Purchase

Guys,

I plan to upgrade my RAM to 4GB, with the my current motherboard specs,http://www.asrock.com/MB/overview.asp?Model=4Core1600-D800.
I have seen this online, http://www.ebuyer.com/166785-corsai...0-xms2-memory-kit-cl5-1-8v-twin2x4096-6400c5c and wanted to ask if purchasing of the RAM will be compatible for my motherboard, i believe they would but i wanted to check with you guys.

When removing the old ram modules, I know that i need to wear those anti-static wrist bands, but after placing the new modules, i don't need to change e.g the bios settings or anything like that?

You don't have to wear an anti-static strap. just be sure you ground yourself by touching the case.

And no, you won't have to make any BIOS changes.
