D dgast06 New Member Apr 1, 2008 #1 so, my whole computer is down, and people keep suggesting its the ram, so my question is this. can one bad stick of ram waylay the whole thing? ive hot 4 1gig sticks of 800 mhz ddr2. Trying hard not to have to rebuild so any imput would be great.

StrangleHold Moderator Staff member Apr 1, 2008 #2 If you think its the ram, take all but 1 stick out and see if it will boot. Try it with each stick.
