Is there any difference between DDR and DDR2 and 3?
If so, what is it? and should I replace it with my current DDR?![]()
They're all different memory types, and also incompatible. If you have DDR RAM, you can only replace it with DDR ram unless you have one of those fancy boards that take both DDR and DDR2, in which case you can switch to DDR2 but it's not really worth it unless you want every slightest benchmark score out of your system no matter what, in which case you wouldn't have a rig that takes DDR in the first place. Is there any difference between DDR and DDR2 and 3?
