RAM questions

My question is, can every computer handle DDR2 Ram memories?

If not, can my computer handle DDR2 RAM memories?

Information about my computer:

CPU:Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3,06GHz
Graphic Card: Ati Radeon X600 ( Size: 256 mb )

Memory:
Maximum Capacity = 4096mb
Memory slot = 2
Currently i have 2 ram cards in my computer (two 512mb SDRAM)

Hard Drive: 250GB

First you would have to provide information on the make and model board or the model of the prebuilt system you are running. The specifications will show the type and speed of the memory supported.

Do you mean this information?

I don't know that much about RAM, but it seems that your computer has SDRAM... I don't know if it will support DDR2 sticks.

So his motherboard supports 184-pin PC-3200 or PC-2700 memory modules?

And this motherboard does not support Double Data Rate 2 (DDR2) memory.

I don't see where it says what board he has, the image is broken but if it is a P5SD1 it does not support DDR2, only 184pin DDR RAM.

So this
"Corsair VS1GB400C3 1024MB DDR PC3200 400MHz 184pin CL3"

Is the best thing my computer can handle?

If i buy 2 of thoose and replace my old ones, will i feel any difference?

It's hard to say, 2GB of RAM will help if you are a a gamer but there's other factors that could be causing the FPS drop, your video card and CPU are ok but they are not great and either or both of those could be causing it.
