RAM selection

I am looking for RAM under $150. I want 1 GB (2x 512). Would the Mushkin Redline series, OCZ's Performance/Gold series, or Corsair XMS series be best?

Mushkin redline would get my vote, because it runs at high speeds at tight timings. You may have to get OCZ's DDR booster though because only DFI lanparty baord shave vDIMM options high enough to unleash its full potential.
