RAM slots problem

I've got some annoying problem with RAM. I was depth cleaning my case, everything regular, it wasn't my first time. And when I put it all together and powered it on, it wasn't working, just beeps fast. But how that happend when I put all back in like it was before?? Later I realised that problem was in position of RAM sticks. I still can't understand what happend, but now computer won't work on every RAM position, and especially not like it was before. I have 3 sticks of RAM, and I tested it, and all of them works fine. And now I was experimenting with slots and position of RAM, and when I put single stick in, it will work only in second and sixth slot. In every other beeps, just in fourth is quiet, but still don't work. When I put all 3 it will work just when I put them in first, third and sixth, but then it shows that is usable just 1GB. There is some more combinations when shows 3GB, but not all usable. It works all only in second, fifth and sixth, that is only disposition when is usable all of 3GB. I really don't know what to do. I flased BIOS, and reset it but that didn't helped.

Sounds like you pooched a few of your RAM slots. Maybe something is shorting it but likely your options are replace the motherboard or only use the working slots. The second option will mess up any dual/triple channel setup you might have been running.
 
A damaged cpu and cause any number of problems but not sure if it can cause the issues you are having, though I suppose it can. So you removed the cpu when cleaning? There was really no need for it.
 
I removed cpu because of cleaning thermal paste from it. I was also installing Seidon 240M, so I thought it would be good to put new and fresh thermal paste. By the way, pins are on motherboard, not on cpu.
 
You could test the memory in a different machine with memtest and if all sticks pass then it seems you have need to replace the motherboard.
