Ram Speed

I've heard that the speed of your ram depends on the motherboard and CUP that you have.
I am going to be buying some goodies off Newegg soon, and I want to make sure that the Ram will play nice with the motherboard and CPU, I have already checked to see that the mb supports the ram and CPU, but I don't know about the CPU playing nice with the ram.
I have selected an ASRock mb; http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103871 with an Athlon II CPU; http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103871 and a pack of DDR3 1333 G.Skill ram; http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231180

Can someone just give me some comfort that everything will work well, or should I select a different ram speed based on the mb and CPU?

Any help is much appreciated.

My bad about the mb link, it's: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157198

With the ram you suggested, I noticed it was all 1600 speed. The mb I'm getting says that it supports "DDR3 1800(OC)/1600(OC)/1333/1066/800" -Does that mean I have to OC it for it to work? Because if that's the case, is it worth it to get 1600 and OC it (I've never OC ram before, so this might be hard for me), or just stick with 1333 and not worry about it?

Thanks for all your help!
