i know older amd processors had to reduce bus speeds if you ran more than 2 sticks

i don't think it's an issue anymore, tho

My other thread wasnt working, heres why I ask. I used ClockGen to try and OC, and i accidentally slid the slider to the lowest setting. It locked my pc, and I rebooted and got some bootable error. I restarted and everyhting seemed fine. Before this, through the MSI DOT tab, my memory clock was defaulted at 1400mhz. Now its at 700mhz, and i cant even slide it up without getting unstable video.(lines/static) Any idea what I did, and how I can fix it?

Well, your memory clock shouldn't be 1400, and it shouldn't be 700 either. Can you download CPU-z and post a screenshot?
