RAM terminology confusion

I have a Dell Dimension 9150 Computer. I have just changed all 4 RAM slots to contain 1gb Kingston Ram sticks. The computer is working but when I run CPUZ it states I have PC2-4300 (266 Mhz). When I run the Crucial Memory Selector it states I have PC2-5300. On the RAM module itself it states PC2-4200U.

Can anyone please help me with this confusion and what I should actually be using for my Dell Dimension 9150 please.

The memory is DDR2 533. Its double pumped. Technically 533 runs at 266. The Memory Selector tells you what speeds you can run up to. So your board can support up to DDR2 667
 
Thank you for your explanation. I'm afraid I don't fully understand all the technical side of it but I do have a couple of basic questions.

Is the RAM I have pictured and installed the highest technical spec I could install in my Dell Dimension 9150? (I'm not referring to brand).

As this was second hand RAM I am slightly dubious if it is actually genuine Kingston RAM. Is there anyway of testing for this or by the information on the sticker?

You can use any ram that is labeled ddr2 667/pc2 5300. Those most likely are genuine Kingston sticks.
