OS: Vista Ultimate x64
Motherboard: MSI K9n Platinum
RAM: Kingston Value Ram (2x2GB)
I've read articles about windows not showing 4GB of ram which basically means that anything over 3-3.5 can't be used.
Problem is my window shows the 4GB yet is refusing to use all my ram. It uses 3.01 then hits a brick wall. Obviously my rig becomes very choppy.
How can I find out what it's being used on? Now I have a sneaking suspicion that it might be going towards my on board sound card, but 1 entire GB of RAM?
