RAM Usage??????

i was wondering if there is any type of app that you guys know about that i could run and it could tell me exact amount/percentage of Ram i am using at any given time on my pc. im pretty much a newbie and i know there somethinkg in the ctrl+alt+ del task manager but i dont really know what all that jargon means. i would like some thing simple if there is something like that out there

As you said, press CTRL+ALT+DEL, click on the performance tab, and under where it says "physical memory (k)", thats all your RAM stats.

The first one tells you how many KB's of RAM you have, the second one tells you how much RAM you have free in KB's, and the third tells you how much is used.
