Could I put some ram from my old computer into my new computer if it fits? It wouldnt crash my computer or anything?

As long as it is the right type (aka it fits) then yes you can.

The clock speed generally isn't a problem. As long as it is a supported type (which also means it will fit in the slot) then it will clock to a supported speed. I have seen lots of cases where people are running PC3200 in a board that supports PC2100 max.

Should be fine. If you have 3 or 4 sticks, all different speed/voltage and timing it can freak the bios out if its set to auto. But even then, most of the time you can find a manual setting that will work.

If you can give us model numbers of the old and new systems, we can give you a better answer if the 2 will work together. If either system is custombuilt then we would need to know the model of the motherboards.
