assuming you mean price, the ranges are cheapo to quality:
ddr 256 $25-$60
ddr2 256 $30
ddr 512 $45-$100
ddr2 512 $50-$80

sdram 256 $25-$70
sdram 512 $50-$100

SDRAM is an older type of RAM. I think you're confusing DDR with DDR SDRAM, which is actually the same thing.
