random beeps

Yes I know but its not a bios beep is when the pc is running it does it sort of random sometimes 30 second intervals, every 2 minutes I hasn’t done it for all afternoon now, its something like a temperature warning but the cpu/ram is just warm and the computer is working fine it has been beeping for weeks now I have an award bios and a gigabyte ga-8st667 board

Well what ARE the temps? And what are the system specs? Questions 101
 
Ha got no idea on the temps I don’t even know if the bios has the temps, the cpu, chipset, ram are just warm it’s a p4 2.4gig 1gb stranded oem ram geforce 4 mx440 80gig wd HDD gigabyte ga-8st667 board
O aand a regulator on the graphics card gets very hot *can burn finger* when playing grand theft auto 3 for a long time but I think that’s irrelevant now
