Random Blue Screens and Program Closings

Hey. Heres the problem ...I built my first computer using a M5a97 R 2.0 mobo with ATI randeon 4800 series and 8 GB of RAM. I keep getting rand bsod and USB failures along with random closings of programs. The USB failures occurs generally after a BSOD or after restarting. I get my BSOD doing just about anything. Help ... Please . Windows 7 32 bit BTW. I have also updated every driver. I can think.

I will also add that the BSOD names are most often Driver IRQL less than or equal and Service exception.

The first problem I see is that you say you are running windows 7 32bit and have 8gb of ram. A 32bit OS won't see anything over 4gb of memory. Take out 1 stick if you are running 2 sticks or switch memory if you only have 1 stick. Or you may want to think about installing 7 64bit.

To determine what your bluescreens are from, do this.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Format is screwed up but a few of them is from your video driver. Update your video card driver to the latest version.

Zip up the following files and attach them to your next reply.

C:\Windows\Minidump\030414-13119-01.dmp
C:\Windows\Minidump\030414-16458-01.dmp

That should tell me what else is going on.

I have searched and searched for my GPU's driver with no success, the files are attached as an txt document both in a zipped folder.

They can't have .txt file extensions. You have to leave the original file name and extension intact. Just right click on the 2 dump files and click on send to compressed folder.

Can you save those files to a flash drive and then go to a different computer and attach or email them? My friend had a laptop that was doing the same thing and I was able to copy to flash drive do it that way. I'm going to bed now so will check back in the morning.

One of the 2 was caused by firefox. Have you updated the video card drivers from the link I gave you? Everything could be related to the video driver.

It still acts wierd ... Like this game I try playing it loads the screen and server then when it gets to game play it minimizes and won't reopen
