Bad RAM is a fairly common cause of random blue screens. They can be caused by drivers and other hardware faults as well but bad RAM is the most common/likely cause. Try running memtest.

Cromewell, your up early. , very fast response, i didn't expect to get any until day break. It is 4:39AM here. Forgot the forum is on a different time zone. O well gota exam in the morning, no sleep for me tonight.
I will to the Memtest test after i find what it mean. Will do google search after my exam is over.

Forgot to add. the BSOD does not happen all the time. Just once a day or twice a day. And also it always happens after my computer is like stuck, CPU running 100% i think. but it is strange since the only program That i usually use and it never uses over 10% of the CPU.
