Random Error Messages..

Ever since I've installed my drivers, I've been getting these random error popping up at different times..

Any ideas on fixes?

I'd update your drivers and run CCleaner to clear your temporary directory. CCleaner Link

Edit: I spoke too soon.. I got by for many hours without the Generic Host 32 error, but then it started back again.. I ran the cc cleaner fixed everything, re-installed all drivers, and bam it's back..

My sound works for awhile, then windows stops recognizing it and I have no sound, and I think it's all related to these errors..

Here's what happens when I click on my sound..

But it's installed, and I can hear windows errors through my speakers, but not other sounds..
