Ok just a simple thing here guys. I have downloaded a .rar file and I want to somehow use it. Its a program that I have downloaded. How do I make it so I can execute it to start the setup if you get me

An .RAR file is like a .ZIP file. You can use either 7-Zip (Free) http://www.7-zip.org/download.html or download a copy of WinRAR http://www.rarsoft.com/download.htm. It says you have to buy WinRAR after30 days but it doesn't stop you from using it. It simply says it isn't free.
