1.If using for gaming a better build can be had in the same budget. And with also better quality components. The card you selected is a mid-low end kinda card.
And you CPU already has a 6530 in it so a 6570 won't be much of an upgrade.
2.Yes you should go for a better CPU.I would suggest building a computer on your own agains.
3.No it is not and I would avoid CyberPower's Liquid Cooling.
3a.Yes there is some maintainence for the liquid cooling. But a proper cooling kit is worth it.There are chances of leakage, that is why you run the kit outside the case for a couple of hours to check whether there is a leakage or not.

Forgot Crappy PSU also on that build.
I would trash that and make one myself.
Tell me if you change your mind, give us a budget and we can make something good for your.

That PSU is rubbish.

THat GPU is rubbish.

I think you can do better. Why are you in a rush>

I would suggest you post a budget and let us get a properly set up computer. Can you build it yourself? If not, I guess you will have to pay a premium for quality parts or get a cheaper computer build. The PSU is crap though.

ok...what is your standard? like when you say rubbish?
also why is the psu so important? im not planning on doing any major upgrades or anything...

He means that it is an offbranded PSU and no one on this forum would advice you to trust an off-branded PSU.

And also the GPU isin't much of an upgrade over the GPU which is already on your CPU.

And even if all the components were of better quality, you still could do better by making your own Computer.

PSU is the most important part of your computer. If you can buy that computer without a PSU do it, and get yourself a Corsair 600W or similar

ok...would you help me then? like i said im not a HUGE gamer...but that could just be because i havent had the hardware for it yet........

Tell us your budget and what all you need and exactly which and what games you will be using your computer for.

You need to change your order to this:
650 Watts - Corsair CMPSU-650TXV2 80 Plus Power Supply - Quad SLI Ready [+0]

4GB (2GBx2) DDR3/1333MHz Dual Channel Memory (CORSAIR OR MAJOR BRAND) -$43

July 4th Special - Free upgrade from GTS450)EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB 16X PCIe Video Card [+0]

i mean...i COULD...im a very mechanical person...its the time and effort...i dont really know what games i play...i mean right now i play minecraft...sorry kinda a n00b at this... i dont really wanna go over 700 but i guess a little over is fine

Go for 8GB then but really your order of priority should be:

PSU
CPU
RAM
Motherboard
Case

The Corsair should be a given, the base of your computer. I would actually prefer to see i3 or i5 system (LGA1155), however if you stick with AMD, you need the fastest CPU you can afford for video editing.

Then you need a good amount of RAM (4GB is probably fine). If you don't game, then I would get a Core i7 with a H67 chipset allowing you to use onboard graphics and its a very very powerful CPU (Great for video editing).

My choice would be:

Core i7 2500
H67 gigabyte motherboard
4GB ram dd3
Win 7 64 bit
Corsair 650W
and then the rest

Generally newegg is pretty good. If you post a new thread with:

New build - $700 - Core i7 - video editing, light gaming

You will get some great advice.

Do you have anything at the moment (e.g. monitor, mouse, windows os etc)

which motherboard on cyberpowerpc is the best for the $?
i mean i have that stuff but i wanna give my current crappy pos to my parents to replace their dinosaur...
