i'd say 7.5

If you were able, i would buy a soundcard, and get a faster processor, around a AMD 64 3400+ oe higher. Besides that, everything else looks good.

whats the make and model (or at least the specs) of the PSU?

cd: lg gwa-4161 16x dvd±r/±rw + cd-r/rw drive dual layer
lg burners tend to be a combination of low quality and have a small featureset
have a look at the CD/DVD 101 for some alternatives

CPU: (939-pin) AMD Athlon64 3000+ CPU w/ HyperTransport technology
what core is this?

powersupply: Thermaltake 480watt power supply
ah i assume this is to replace the one that comes with the case... do make sure the PSU is up to the task :) see the PSU 101 for an explaination of what to look for

yes the thermaltake is the replacement. i did some research on it and alot of people say its a real good brand that will work just great

how do u know what core ur processor has

and also i caant get a 3400+ cuz that costs like 200 more dollars, but i would if i could =). and im running a 2.4ghzintel right now, so the 3000 will be a big step up that wont need to be upgraded for a while

ill look into that burner
