Both look good to me, although i dont prefer Seagate drives, specially ATA100 ones.

What would you suggest?? It has gotten great reviews. Also, what type of interface do I need?

Well it's definetly not a bad HDD, just ATA100 is incredibly ancient. I'd be looking for something faster/newer. Also, newegg reviews usually dont mean crap lol, even if they are good/bad. Lots of fanboys out there, people used to go through a brand's entire product line and give it 5 starts jsut to promote it, even if they never used it b4.

Gotcha... I didn't know it was old technology.

LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW-1633S Dual Layer DVD Burner
Upgrade to a Plexy or NEC/Pioneer

I might also upgrade the PSU

I basically want a nice system that I can continue to upgrade without having to completely overhaul it or buy an entirely new system.
Not happening cuz Socket478 is discontinued.

Jsut make sure your board supports Serial ATA 150/SATA. If it doesn't you cna always get an adapter. But that is kind of a waste, if your board is ATA133/100 you might want to consider a diff mobo
It's a P4P800SE ... it supports SATA
