all looks good... except a couple of things:

- you might want to increase the RAM as you only have 1GB of them.

(its cheaper than the one above after the MIR)

- Is there a reason you are not going for q6600? its cheaper than E6850 and its quad core.

just a suggestion but if youare fine with the E6850 then go for it.

- Also, don't forget the thermal paste it helps cooling your processor. People usually use Arctic Silver 5 seen here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835100007
