You're not gonna get many answers with a vague question like that.

Everything looks alright (except for those 2), but if you can get a bit more money I'd go for a better CPU (955 if you can afford it) and a 5770 rather than a 5750

I agree with everything Aastii says. They were my exact same questions formed for me when reading your potential system specs.

The 955 is a great chip and the most popular of all the Phenom II quads. However, you won't be going wrong if you stay with the 925. It is a solid cpu and should do everything you need.

Definitely the 5770 if you can afford it.

Kingston makes great memory and the next build I do their HyperX will be my first choice. Do yourself a favor and with a little more research make sure this RAM is on the recommended memory vendor list that Gigabyte gives and also make sure the board takes 1600 MHz memory.

I don't think there will be an issue at all with HyperX but I have seen way too many people buy a mobo and RAM only to find out after they build that they are incompatible. Knowledge is the best policy.

Thank you for all the good feedback i need to read up on the ram i am getting ddr3 ram and my mother board says t takes ddr3 so i dont think tthwere will be a problem here also i edited the post to add power supplly and hard drive

Not all DDR3 motherboards support all DDR3 memory modules, because certain speeds may not be supported. Your board may only go up to 1333MHz, and not support the 1600MHz that you have in your list.

Is this one you will put together yourself, or a prebuilt one?

this is a prebuilt one i found it on cyberpowerpc.com the gamer dragon 8000 but im able to customize it and i think its a good deal for 775$ us and i cant seem to find the compatibility thing

Support for DDR3 1666(OC)/1333/1066 MHz memory modules

It isn't listed, however because the memory controller allows for 1666 it may work, but only with 2 slots populated rather than all 4
