Rate this PC and see if its good

hi, i am making a game pc and i just wanted to know if its good. i am getting the parts from msy.com.au

cpu: intel E8500
MB: asus P5Q3
RAM: DDR3 TEAM 1333 4gb in a 2gb kit
GPU: (two)GIGABYTE 512MB 4550(in crossfire)
DVD: Im am using my old one
HDD: seagate 320gb
PSU: i am using my old one
CASE: thermaltake v9
CPU COOLER: coolmasters universal hyper TX2
FANS: come with case
and the total price is only $846
My ambition is to overclock the cpu to about 3.8 hopefully and then ill have a sick pc

What is your old psu? You'll need something substantial to run two video cards.

Looks like a decent build. :good:
