Okay so I've attached 2 pictures with the specs from the site im ordering parts from.

im more leaning towards the Asus Maximus IV GENE-Z + 2500k set.
As im a ROG fan.

but the other set might get me more performance but not as much Overclocking options as ive heard bad things about the gigabyte Board.

no problem. You might want to look at a 560ti or HD6870/6950 for GPU too. That might be worth the step up, but the 560 is a good card too.

my plan was to go 560 and wait until i have the cash for a 650/660. otherwise i might go 560 SLI.
 
In that case you are good to go. I would still go for a ti version though, as it is more powerful and thus would net better SLI performance.

yeah true, this is just a general jist anyway. really the basics of what it will be. if my budget allowes me, i can either go 560SLI or 1 560ti and save for a second.
