Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Keyboard and Motherboard connection problems?

Hi guys,

My keyboard is connected to the USB ports that is behind my PC which is the motherboard USB ports. However, whenever I start up my PC, the keyboard does not work until I re-plug the USBs into the ports. Is this a keyboard problem or the mother board's problem?

It is an ASUS M4A87TD motherboard with Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Keyboard which has 2 USBs.

You mean it doesn't work during POST/BIOS/boot or once it's booted into Windows?

for example, when my computer is shut down completely and when I turn on my pc, the first moment when I need to use the keyboard like typing in the password, it does not work. So I assume even if I wanna go into bios, it wont work either. its just straight out wont work until I re-connect the USBs

Odd. Try going into the BIOS and make sure Legacy USB is enabled.

Is it connected to a USB 3.0 port?

Um, cannot find legacy USB in my bios...

is it supposed to be connected to the USB 3.0? and the connection problem has not occured until recently, before everything is fine, no connection problems between the keyboard and the PC, and I have not changed the USB slots where I plug in the keyboard.
