razer copperhead mouse bug

i have a razer copperhead gaming mouse and it has a bug whereby it randomly moves every now and again, and this is starting to get REALLY annoying
for starters, one time i was part way through a match and trying to throw a grenade, the mouse moved randomly to my feet, and i put myself to 20hp and killed 2 of my teammates, another time, my mouse had a bug when i was in cqb, with many of my own team arround, it flicked randomly and i shot my mate in the head with an m4, which killed him,
if anyone has any info on how to fix this bug could they please tell me

What surface are you using your mouse on? Try a mousepad or something else than you use now.

I have the same mouse, and this happens to me sometimes. Every once in a while it will get really spazzy.

So what I do is hit it against my desk, hard. And it really fixes the problem. (No Joke)

Lol, I don't think this is a very good permanent fix, so I would also see if there's possibly a better surface that you could use for the mouse to track on.

Although, I did use that a bit with an old computer, and especially with the CD drive. Worked wonders quite a bit .
