Re-format HDD

It didn't ask me to use download manager at all. And instead of clicking "Download" I clicked "Download and create ISO" but it still gave me a ".application" file.

I cleared my browser history just like you told me and I actually clicked on the files that I downloaded while I was using my laptop and it worked. But once I put it in my dad's computer, nothing happens...

OK I've managed to make some progress, I think. Some of the drivers installed in my dad's computer. I opened up Device Manager in his computer and in my laptop and compared them. His computer has the drivers for these installed: Computer, Disk Drives, DVD/CD-ROM drives, Human Interface Drives, IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers, Keyboards, Mice and other pointing devices, Modems, Processors, Sound, video, and game controllers, Storage controllers, System Devices, and Universal Serial Bus Controllers. The ones he doesn't have are Display adapters, Imaging Devices, Monitors, Network Adapters, and Portable Devices.
