RE:FTP Issue

hope someone could assist? just implemented a VLAN and using Fortigate Firewall.
Previously i could ftp our webserver in another location using 'FileZilla'.

Now cannot. It says connecting then it says timeout.
Also tried FireFtp but with the same result.

we have opened all ports for this ,knowing 21 is the most used. Fortigate says its not firewall issue anymore.

just a guess. open port 20 and 21. I would close all protection after reboot. been a long time running ftp server for family. Ya have to isolate something. im talking also about windows firewall protection. think it was inbound only. start from there. beginning. ...

thanks , manage to solve. Issue was our router.
for some reason need to allow all services.

by the way i using Zywall router
