Re furbished desktop

I'm looking at getting a re furbished computer and just wanted to know if there worth it..

There's: HP EliteDesk 800 G4 Intel Core i7 8700 3.20GHz
: Dell 7040 SFF Desktop Intel Core i7 6th Gen, 6700
: Lenovo ThinkCentre M700 Tiny Desktop i5-6500T 32GB Ram 1TB SSD W10P wit Intel Core i5..

Wat would be best for home use. (Browsing internet, downloading ect)

If all you are doing is browsing and downloading things then you don't need anything that demanding. Find something at a decent price with an SSD, 8 to 16gb of ram, quad core cpu.

Don't get those, they are relics.

Get something that's at least a 10th gen intel because they are cheap and are good for multimedia use.

I don't know about 3rd gen ryzen, have not done research on them.
