Re-Installing Windows

I did system recovery and it keeps installing Windows onto the drive with 4gbs instead of the 200gb harddrive. How do I override it. There is no option for me to pick which harddrive I want.

They named the 4 gb one C drive and the empty 200gb one D with the recovery stuff on the 200gb one. I need it the other way around
 
Are you booting from the CD? If so, it should prompt you which drive to install it on. I'm not sure what you mean when you are saying you used system recovery to reinstall Windows.
