Reached the top?

I currently have my FSB set to 177.5MHz, the multiplier is about 11.5x. When the FSB is set to 180MHz it's unstable, programs can crash, and at 185MHz the computer doesn't even start, the computer gives a "full failure", all 4 diagnostics LEDs are red. I then started wondering if the CPU isn't getting enough voltage or is it my memory? The vcore is around 1.6V, and my I have 1 PC2100 DDR module and 2 PC3200 DDR modules, all of which are 256Mb. The temperatures are
CPU 44C
SYSTEM 28C
HDD 24C
GPU 35C

Have I reached the top at the current voltage?

Only thing wrong at 180 is it's unstable when playing games or doing a benchmark like 3DMark05. It boots just fine.

That or the voltage, but I'd guess RAM too.

By the way jet, what core is your X800GTO and PCI-E or AGP?

and at 185MHz the computer doesn't even start
this is not difficult.

your asking if lowering your ram speed whilst at FSB185 Mhz will stabilise your overclock. Well there is a simple way to find out. TRY IT!!!
