Really annoying mouse problem

Ok well I finally got my computer working and am really happy. I only have one problem though. In IE when i scroll down it reloads the page everytime i scroll if you know what I mean. How do I get it to just scroll down smoothly and normally. BTW im using a mx510 and already downloaded the software.

Is the same problem occuring if you try scrolling using your keyboard? Or just while scrolling using your mouse?

Try connecting a different mouse and see if the problem is really from the mouse or is it an IE problem, it might be the IE problem.

And if it is then download Firefox and see if that stops your problem

Tools --> Option --> Advanced --> Smooth scrolling
